Victory Day celebrated at Bangladesh Embassy in Moscow

The great Victory Day celebrated with colorful display of Bangladeshi culture and festivity at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Moscow On the mark of this valuable day. A open Discussions, Art exhibition, Painting competition & a colorful cultural program were took place.

A crowd of about 200 audience comprising expatriate Bangladeshis, Russians, academics, students gathered to enjoy an hour long cultural program at the Embassy premises.

His Excellency the ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Dr.SM.Sayful Hoque & Mrs Hoque inaugurated a painting exhibition .

His Excellency the ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh Dr.SM.Sayful Hoque was the chief guest at the ceremony The ceremony was conducted by the Minister of the Embassy Dr.Md Jahirul Islam.Two special articles were read about the Background of  Victory day .After that a number of peoples from the community were took part on the  open discussion.
They all paid rich tribute to the valiant freedom fighters and millions of martyrs’ who sacrificed their lives for making Bangladesh a free nation.

A cultural program  named “Vijoer Shur(Tune of Victory)presented by local Bangladeshi artists.

An art exhibition was kicked of on the mark of the Victory day. The two young sisters Rubina & Sabina’s beautiful  artworks were exhibited. They are the daughters of Mr. Monowar Khosseyn,a established Bangladeshi  businessmen  in Russia.
